Jessica Rice

Specializing in weight loss, muscle toning and flexibility, she is seen by her clients as an excellent resource for providing nutritional guidance and safe, effective workout routines in every session. Her training programs have helped a wide population of people, ranging from young athletes, to prenatal/ post-natal women and elderly clients.

Celia Koshak
