Shad Scott is a sports performance specialist, strength and conditioning coach, Olympic weightlifting coach, CrossFit coach, and sports nutritionist. He graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, which provided him with a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and nutrition.

After graduating, Shad began working in the fitness industry and quickly developed a reputation as a knowledgeable and effective trainer. He has worked with a wide range of clients, from professional athletes to fitness enthusiasts looking to improve their health and performance. As a sports performance specialist, Shad has a deep understanding of the specific physical and mental demands of different sports and has helped numerous athletes improve their performance and prevent injuries. He is also an expert in strength and conditioning, using his knowledge of exercise science to design effective training programs that improve strength, power, and endurance.

In addition to his work as a coach, Shad is also a certified Olympic weightlifting coach and CrossFit coach, and has helped many clients improve their technique and performance in these areas. He also has extensive knowledge of sports nutrition and has helped athletes optimize their diets for improved performance and recovery.
